All Gemini users can now organize their products’ portfolio into brands and collections. This way, your entire portfolio is easier to track and evaluate. New and old designs can be identified easier, and your organization’s reporting capacity is improved. As always, we wanted to simplify this process, so we seamlessly integrated these concepts with Creative STUDIO, our product development environment.
The link between the people planning new collections and the designers is now stronger, communication is more transparent, and mistakes are less likely to occur. Also, everything related to collections, including the status of the models associated with them, is available through standard APIs, so any modern PLM solution can be connected.
PROGRESS EASILY SHARED
In several cases, the main business activity of our clients is to provide design or product development services for different brands. One of their biggest challenges is to keep everyone in the loop about progress. We learned how difficult is for the manager of a design studio to work with 4-5 brands at the same time, while coordinating the work of several designers. This translates into a tiring process of sending e-mails, answering phone calls and asking colleagues about progress.
Our solution is simple and effective. You can generate a dynamic collaboration board for each brand and just send the link to that partner. More than this, special e-mail alerts can be created, and your external partner will be automatically notified every time a model reaches a certain maturity stage.
