We are looking for colleagues to cover the role of Virtual Fashion Designer in the product delivery team. As part of this team, the colleague who will occupy this role is expected to help us with mood boards and graphic content for digitally printed fashion products which will have as the final goal the creation of complete collections of digitally developed garments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating beautiful and engaging digital content in form of digital graphic images

• Design prints and combine colors by applying technical skills for creating new graphical resources

• Create mood boards and galleries for fashion garments being published on Gemini APOGY web-based platform

• Keep up to date with emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to fabrics, colors, and shapes

• Carry out image research to identify fashion trends, sketch rough and detailed drawings

• Work closely with product management and marketing team as part of the creative team

• Understanding design from a technical perspective, i.e., producing 2D patterns, is a plus

• Create or visualize an idea and produce a design using computer-aided design (CAD)

• Assemble the 2D shapes and put them into a 3D digital presentation form for getting done the fashion product gallery

Skills and Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design / Demonstrate equivalent graphics design skills

• Deep knowledge of design and a strong passion for fashion

• Visualizing skills – the ability to imagine a garment and visualize the end design just by looking at an image or by following the trend colors and fabrics

• A great eye for combining colors, prints, patterns, and fabrics for building glamourous garment collections

• Knowledgeable about design software, including Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel, InDesign, etc.

• Understanding of latest design trends

• Up-to-date knowledge of market trends in fashion and lifestyle

• Creating beautiful and engaging digital content in form of animations and motion graphics

• Create 2D assets to subsequently use for motion design

• Make video edits with basic sound editing and color grading

What will you do:

Builds and manages a database of potential customers. Filters the prospects’ database according to their profiles and runs targeted reach-out campaigns, together with the Marketing Project Manager, in order to generate leads.
Makes a brief assessment of the leads and passes the information to the sales team.

What will you do:

Role description:
The Digital Assets Manager is responsible for acquiring, developing, cataloging, managing, growing, and protecting our organization’s digital assets. By digital assets we at Gemini understand binary-format files which enables our clients to get the maximum out of our products, our sales department to present our products to the potential customers, and our marketing team to better emphasize the value of our products while advertising them. The digital assets in our case may include technical and commercial tutorials, databases of digital technical items necessary for our customers to develop and design their new products, sample files for each of Gemini’s products, text files, images, etc.
The Digital Assets Manager is also responsible for maintaining and developing alliances and collaborations with suppliers of such digital assets.

Objectives of this role:
• Manage and grow the crowd of contributors of digital assets existing inside the company
• Maintain and develop partnerships with possible contributors out of the company (industry players, teachers, students, other relevant professionals from the textile industry)
• Ensure the corresponding quality and specifications for the provided digital assets
• Deliver in time the digital assets deliverable agreed for the products found in/or close to going to market stage
• Develop tools and define processes for optimizing the work of the contributors in defining digital assets.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
• Organize meetings with the digital assets stakeholders to identify the needs and priority with regards to the digital assets lists and content
• Share recurrently the status of the digital asset content with the stakeholders
• Guide, supervise, and optimize the process of creating and updating the needed content
• Get familiar and maintain up to date with Gemini products and be aware of the digital assets necessary for each product apart
• Prioritize the tasks of the contributors depending on Gemini’s short and long-term go-to-market products strategy.
• Monitor the access rights, the access easiness, and the use of the digital assets provided by Gemini to its customers, employees, and partners with the purpose of optimizing these process
• Collaborate closely with development, marketing, sales, and support teams and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization with regards to digital assets deliverables

Skills and Qualifications:
• Highly effective management of all contributors’ activities
• 3+ years of work experience in a role-relevant field
• Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
• Comfortable working with metadata, taxonomy, digital rights, search facets, web-publishing processes, digital assets
• Good knowledge of marketing stacks, vendors, integrators, and resellers.
• Digital asset managers must be capable of following prioritizing tasks and assets, implementing efficient and effective systems, applying meaningful metadata tags to assets according to a consistent methodology, collecting and managing digital assets so that they are functional and readily accessible.
